Welcome to MobileKhata! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MobileKhata mobile application (the "App") and the website hosted by developer Dhwix ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using MobileKhata, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
MobileKhata is a business helper application designed for mobile retail and repair shops. It provides local database storage and cloud sync capabilities to manage sales logs, purchase invoices, customer balances, repair requests, and IMEI numbers.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your phone, login PIN, and credentials safe. You agree that all records, transaction entries, and uploaded IDs/media files are entered under your authority and you comply with local commercial and privacy laws regarding customers' data.
3. Billing, Purchases, and Subscriptions
MobileKhata offers features under both free limitations and paid premium subscription models:
- In-App Purchases: Subscription payments are processed securely via Google Play In-App Payments. We do not store, view, or process your credit/debit card information.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription period (weekly, monthly, or yearly) unless turned off in your Google Play settings at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Account Settings. Refunds are processed according to Google Play Store policies.
4. Data Retention & Backups
We strive to perform real-time cloud synchronization to secure your ledger data. However, you acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining hardware integrity. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device corruption, unauthorized manual deletions, or network sync failures.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App for any illegal activity, network abuse, or to store fraudulent transaction ledgers. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your account access if network abuse or violations are detected.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, codes, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with MobileKhata are the exclusive property of Dhwix. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal devices.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhwix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service or database sync.
