Required to scan barcodes and IMEI numbers on devices to speed up inventory search and billing.
📁 Storage & Media Access (READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
Required to generate, export, save, and share professional PDF invoice bills and import ledger backups or upload transaction documents.
🌐 Network Access & Internet (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE)
Required to securely back up your ledger database, sync details with our cloud server in real time, and fetch active plans.
🔔 Notification Access (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)
Used to alert you about system sync updates, backup completions, and repair status alerts.
💳 Google Play Billing (BILLING)
Allows you to securely purchase premium subscription plans directly inside the app using Google Pay.

All data entered in the MobileKhata app is saved securely in a local database (Room DB) on your device. When connected to the internet, transaction logs are securely synchronized with our cloud backend to ensure you never lose your data. MobileKhata offers optional premium plans. When you purchase a subscription, payments are processed and managed entirely by Google Play In-App Payments in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is disabled in your Google Account Settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
